摘 要:通过恰当的成分设计 ,可得到具有较高马氏体相变温度及较宽相变滞后的Cu Al Mn形状记忆合金。用DSC(differentialscanningcalorimetry)及差热分析法测得 :Cu 13.5Al 2 .5Mn 1.36Zn合金的M 点(降温时马氏体相变最激烈的温度 )为 2 5 0℃ ;淬火后相变滞后宽度达到 16 7℃。此合金具有良好的单向形状记忆效应 ,在表面应变为 4 %时 ,淬火态弯曲变形试样的形状回复率达 95 % ,马氏体态长期时效对其影响不大 ,淬火后室温下 (马氏体态 )时效 2年 ,弯曲变形试样的形状回复率达 90 %。室温淬火后 ,合金的力学性能指标如下 :抗拉强度约 2 5 0MPa ,伸长率约 7% ,硬度为 190HB。这种合金具有性能稳定、可用温度及时间范围较宽、力学性能较好等特点。A Cu-Al-Mn shape memory alloy with broad hysteresis and high temperature martensitic transformation can be obtained by proper design of its composition. DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) and differential-thermal analyses show that the M * of the alloy is about 250℃ and the hysteresis range is about 167℃ in quenched state. After quenching at room temperature, the alloy has the mechanical properties of a tensile strength of 250 MPa, a plastic elongation of 7%, a hardness of 190 HB, and a shape recovery rate of 95% after bending deformation at surface strain of 4%. Long period aging in martensitic state does not evidently influence its shape memory effect. For example, there is still a shape recovery rate of 90% after aging at room temperature for two years. Therefore, this kind of alloy has characteristics of stable property, rather high temperature and long duration for application.
