摘 要:对二溴羟基苯基荧光酮 (DBHPF)与Cu(Ⅱ )的显色反应进行了研究 ,发现DBHPF与Cu(Ⅱ )可形成稳定的红色配合物。在表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲基铵 (CTMAB)存在下 ,对配合物和DBHPF有明显的增溶增敏作用。在pH6 .2的六次甲基四胺缓冲溶液中 ,配合物的最大吸收峰位于 5 85nm处 ,摩尔吸光系数ε为 5 .6× 10 4,Cu(Ⅱ )的浓度在 0~ 1.0 μg·mL-1范围内符合比尔定律 ,方法应用于中草药样品肉桂和黄连中铜的测定 ,结果较为满意。A new chromogenic reaction for the determination of copper with 2,3,7-trihydroxy-9-(3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxyphenyl) fluorone(DBHPF) has developed. In hexamethylenetetramine buffer solution(pH6.2),Copper(Ⅱ)reacts with DBHPF to form a red complex. The cationic surfactant CTMAB has remarkable solubilization and hyperchromic effect on the chromogenic system. The absorption maximum of the complex is located at 585nm,and its apparent absorptivity is 5.6×10 4 in the presence of CTMAB. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0~1.0μg·mL -1 for copper(Ⅱ). The method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of micro amounts of copper in Chinese traditional drug such as cinnamon and coptis.
