摘　　要：介绍一种串行通信控制应用技术。在windows环境下 ,它能对远距离现场高压进行实时数据采集和控制 ;系统能在多种工作模式下灵活切换并具有很好的实时性、可靠性。The paper introduces a kind of technology about serial communication and control. Under and windows operation flat, it can realize real time data acquisition and control for the remote fields of high voltage. The system can switch work models conveniently, and it can work with the high ability of real time and wonderful reliability.
