摘 要:从理论上分析了一种新型内、外转子结构回转式压缩机 ,其内转子型线由短幅外摆线的内等距线构成。这种新型压缩机有Z2个工作腔 ,工作腔容积变化周期为Z2π Z1,容积变化规律对压缩机的工作过程很有利。该压缩机也具有良好的力学特性 ,能够承受很大的压力和压力差 ;内外转子绕各自中心旋转 ,故无不平衡的惯性力 ;转矩波动较小 ,与涡旋压缩机相当。对该压缩机的工作过程进行的数值模拟显示其热力性能也是令人满意的。所以这一结构有潜力成为R4 10A和CO2 制冷系统的新型回转式压缩机。The new type of rotary compressor has two key parts, an outer rotor and an inner one which employs isometric curve of trochoid as its profile. Theoretical analysis for the new rotary compressor shows that it has Z2 working chambers and their volumes are varied during Z2π/Z1 periodically. Moreover the volume variation is propitious to a compressor. The new compressor has good mechanical performance such as standing high pressure and pressure difference, no unbalanced inertia force because both rotaries rotate around their own geometry center, small variation in total torque which is similar to that of a scroll compressor. The simulation of the new compressor's working process also shows a satisfied thermodynamics performance. This structure is a potential rotary compressor to be employed in a R410A or a CO 2 refrigeration system.
