摘　　要：本文对电网单相直接对地短路及人体对地短路的几种情况进行了分析,并给出了计算不同情况下的短路电流的公式。同时简要说明了绝缘电阻和分布电容的获取方法。This paper analyzes that one phase of power network is directly short to ground and short to ground across man body in ship, and the formulates of calculating short current is inferred. In this paper simply explaining the measuring method of the insulated resistance and distributing capacitance.
