摘　　要：介绍了行李架的冲压方案确定及模具设计。由于该零件较长,在客车装配时要求分段安装。这就要求模具压制后的产品件在对接时要求尺寸精确。而对于该件来说,由于在冲压过程有脱模死角的存在,确定最佳的冲压方案是该模具设计的关键,同时该模具的制作及调试也很重要。The stamping process and mould design of baggage frame are introduced. Because the part is so long, the part should be fixed in subsection during assembly of bus. Therefore, the assembly of stamping part requires high matching accuracy. To the part,because the dead angle exists in stamping, the key of mould design is determination of stamping process. In the other hand, the manufacturing and debugging of mould is important.
