摘　　要：分析了插件端子成形的工艺特点,介绍了冲压该零件的工位排样设计和模具结构设 计要点,介绍了模具结构中主要工作机构的设计要点,以及凸模、凹模等主要零件的加工工艺。The technological characteristics of the hook-shaped terminals were analyzed. The position layout design and die structure were stated. The main working mechanisms of die structure were also introduced. At last,the technologies of the main parts were analyzed.
