摘 要:对普通缩放管、改型缩放管和光滑管进行了自然对流沸腾换热的实验研究 ,得到了这三种传热管的沸腾换热系数与热流密度的关系 .实验结果表明 ,普通缩放管和改型缩放管的自然对流沸腾换热系数分别是光滑管的 1 .0 6倍和 1 .2 5倍 ,改型缩放管的自然对流沸腾换热系数比普通缩放管提高 1 8% ,并分析了改型缩放管比普通缩放管沸腾换热性能好的原因 .A series of experiments had been carried out to explore the n at ural convection boiling heat transfer performance of common convergent-divergen t tube, developed convergent-divergent tube as well as smooth tube. The variati on of boiling heat transfer coefficient with heat flux density had been shown. T he experimental results reveal that, compared with a smooth tube, boiling heat t ransfer coefficients of convergent-divergent tube and developed convergent-div ergent tube are respectively improved by 6% and 25%, while this coefficient of t he deve- loped one is 18% higher than that of the common one. These results have been analyzed briefly. The developed convergent-divergent tube can be part icularly applied to the field of natural convection boiling heat transfer.
