摘 要:应用物理掺杂方法成功制得了以聚乙烯咔唑为主体材料 ,以偶氮苯生色团染料分散红 1、分散红 1 3和分散黄 7(DR- 1、DR- 1 3、DY- 7)为客体材料的全光光开关器件 .通过光响应测试发现其在低功率光强 (1 2 .5~ 30mW ,51 4nm)的激发光驱动下具有优良的全光光开关效应 .同时从激发光调制频率、生色团含量和染料分子结构等方面进行了比较分析 ,发现同等实验条件下开关效应随着染料分子极性增大而增强 ,而生色团掺杂含量较高的 (2 0 % )薄膜全光光开关效应较优 ,较低的调制频率 (30Hz)The all-optical switching polymer composites wit h poly(vinyl carbazole) as the main material and azobenzene dyes including DR -1, DR-13 and DY-7 as the object materials were successfully prepared by the adulteration method. An excellent all-optical switching effect driven by th e pump beam with low power (12.5~30 mW, 514 nm) had been observed during the l ight-responding measure. At the same time, the influencing factors of the all- optical switching effect, such as the modulation frequency of pump beam, the con tent and the structure of chromophores, were comparatively studied. It is shown that, in the same experimental condition, the all-optical switching effect will be enhanced with the increasing of chromophore molecular polarity. Higher chrom ophore content (20%) makes the all-optical switching effect stronger, and the effect under lower modulation frequency (30 Hz) is stronger than that under hig her modulation frequency (50 Hz).
