摘　　要：介绍了双色塑料注射成型工艺,以双色按键塑件为例分析了双色注射模的技术要求、结构特点、工作过程及设计要点,重点介绍了浇注系统的设计、螺旋轴的结构及其工作过程。The injection forming technology for bi-colour plastics is introduced.With the bi-colour plastic key as an example,the technical requirement,structure characteristics,working process and main design points of the injection mould for bi-colour plastics are analyzed.The emphasis is put on the design of the feeding system,and the structure and working process of the spiral shaft.
