摘　　要：针对电网调度微机开票系统研究和开发基本属于空白的现状,提出了一种适合于电网调度微机开票系统研究和开发的新方法。该方法以网络图论和坐标定位的设计思想为理论基础,通过面向对象的编程语言实现软件系统的功能要求;先后介绍了软件系统的理论基础及其功能和面向对象语言的编程实现。目前,该系统已经在华东网调投入运行,运行情况良好,体现了该方法的有效性和可推广性。This paper presents a novel method that suits the research and design of dispatching order sheet generating system in electric power load dispatching system.The theoretical basis of the method is graph theory and coordinate orientation, which are explained in detail. In addition, the realization of software system and programming are concerned in this paper.The application of the software system shows that this method is effective.
