补肾益寿胶囊对肾气虚证患者SOD、MDA、GSH-Px的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察补肾益寿胶囊 (人参 ,灵芝 ,枸杞 ,丹参 ,何首乌等 )对肾气虚证患者SOD、MDA、GSH Px的影响及对肾气虚证的疗效。方法 :将 80例肾气虚证患者随机分入治疗组 40例和对照组 40例 ,分别采用补肾益寿胶囊和桂附地黄丸治疗 ,疗程 3 0d。观察治疗后患者SOD、MDA、GSH Px及肾气虚症状的改善情况。结果 :治疗组治疗后血清SOD、GSH Px水平显著升高 (P <0 .0 5) ,MDA水平显著降低 (P <0 .0 5) ,肾气虚症状积分明显改善 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :补肾益寿胶囊能够改善肾气虚患者的脂质过氧化状态和肾气虚症状 。AIM: To observe the effect of Bushenyishou Capsule (Radix Ginserg, Fruc tus Lycii, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Polygoni Multiflori, etc.) on seru m SOD, MDA, GSH-Px and clinical symptoms in patients with syndrome of Shen-qi deficiency. METHODS: 80 cases of patients with syndrome of Shen-qi deficiency were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group (40 cases) was treated by Bushenyishou Capsule, and control group (40 cases) was treated by Guifudihuang Pill for 30 days. Activity of serum SOD, GSH-Px and concentration of serum MDA were determined, meanwhile variation of total symptoms scores of Shen-qi defici ency were observed. RESULTS: Activity of serum SOD, GSH-Px in the treatment group incr eased significantly, and concentration of serum MDA decreased significa nlty after being treated (P<0.05). The post-treatment total symptom scores of She n-qi deficiency in the treatment group were significantly improved (P< 0.0 1 ). CONCLUSION: Bushenyishou Capsule can ameliorate significantly the lipid peroxidation and the symptom in the patients with syndrome of Shen-qi deficiency. Total clinical e ffect of Bushenyishou Capsule is better than Guifudihuang Pill.
