摘  要:目的 :观察芪龙胶囊的抗试验性血栓形成和溶栓作用。方法 :采用大鼠动静脉环路血栓模型 ,电刺激颈总动脉形成血栓模型 ,并使用血清药理学方法进行抗血栓形成和溶栓试验 ;用比浊法测定ADP及胶原诱导血小板聚集。结果 :芪龙胶囊 0 .6g·kg- 1、0 .3g·kg- 1组明显降低动静脉环路血栓湿重 (P <0 .0 5;P <0 .0 1) ,且各剂量组均可明显降低血栓干重(P <0 .0 5;P <0 .0 1) ;芪龙胶囊 0 .6g·kg- 1、0 .3 g·kg- 1对电刺激大鼠颈总动脉形成的血栓长度明显减少 ,血栓重量明显减轻 (P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1) ;芪龙胶囊 0 .12 6mg·mL- 1、0 .0 42mg·mL- 1、0 .0 2 1mg·mL- 1浓度下及 0 .6g·kg- 1、0 .3g·kg- 1、0 .15g·kg- 1饲药后含药血清对体外新鲜形成血块具有明显溶解作用 (P <0 .0 1) ;芪龙胶囊 0 .6g·kg- 1、0 .3 g·kg- 1、0 .15g·kg- 1对ADP所诱发的大鼠血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用 ;0 .6g·kg- 1、0 .3g·kg- 1组对胶原所诱发的大鼠血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1)。结论AIM: To study the effect of Qilong Capsule (QLC) on experimental thrombosis and its thrombolysis. METHODS: Rat's thromboses induced by the arteriovenous shunt and by stimulating the common carotid artery (CCA) and serum pharmacol ogy method was used to study the effect of QLC on thrombus. Turbidimetry was u sed to observe the effect of QLC on platelet aggregation of normal rats induced by A DP and collagen. RESULTS: QLC 0.6g·kg -1 and 0.3g·kg -1 could notably li ghten the wet-weight and dry-weight of thrombosis in the arteriovenous shunt m odel in rats(P<0.05,P<0.01); QLC 0.6g·kg -1 and 0.3g·kg -1 could significantly shorten the length and reduce the weight of the thrombus induced by stimulating the CCA (P<0.05,P<0.01). QLC in serum has the significant eff ect of th rombolysis in vivo (P<0.05,P<0.01), QLC 0.6 g·kg -1 、0.3g·kg -1 and 0.15g·kg -1 could inhibit the platelet aggregation of normal rats induced by ADP and QLC 0.6g·kg -1 、0.3g·kg - 1 could inhibit the platelet aggregation induced by collagen (P<0.05,P<0.0 1). CONCLUSION: QLC can significantly inhibit the thrombosis and has th e satisfactory effect on thrombolysis.
