摘　　要：AMT台架试验是AMT研究开发中的重要环节。通过台架试验,进行AMT性能测试、与发动机匹配以及控制策略优化,为AMT的装车奠定基础。针对开发的AMT样机,在车辆传动系统试验平台上,搭建了AMT台架试验台;利用下位单片机发出控制信号,实现了对电子节气门、离合器执行机构以及换档执行机构的控制;通过调用尚未公开的库函数,解决了WINDOWS2000下用户方式不能读写硬件端口的问题,实现了利用现有设备采集转速扭矩信号;通过RS232串口通信,实现上位微机采集数据并向下位单片机发出控制指令;开发了WINDOWS2000环境下AMT起步及换档台架试验控制软件,使试验具备了先进的数据采集及控制手段。Automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) bed testing is one of the important jobs for AMT researching and development. Through bed testing we can finish many works such as testing performance of AMT, AMT-engine matching, optimizing control rules and so on. AMT testing bed is built up base on the sample AMT developed by ourselves. Data are transmitted between PC and SCM though RS232 COM. By this way electronic throttle, clutch and shifting are controlled. Hardware port can be read in Windows 2000 by calling the unpublicized functions. Testing-controlling Program is also developed and AMT bed testing can be carried out with advanced test and control technology.
