摘　　要：对VoIP技术及IP电话原理进行阐述 ,对IP电话实现技术作了详实的分析。在充分利用现有资源的基础上 ,论证了嘉兴电力IP电话系统的可行性 ,提出了切实可行的、高起点的IP电话系统实施方案。阐明了IP电话的特点、两网合一的可管理性和项目实施后的成效。对VoIP发展进行了展望。This paper deals with the technology of VoIP and principle of IP phone To make use of the resources of Jiaxing Electric Power,it analyses the possibility of the IP telephone system and presents its design Two nets united as one can make the network management more efficiently This paper also provides prospect of the VoIP development
