摘 要:研究了不同方式形成的TiO2 施主掺杂复合氧化物的气敏特性。结果表明 :用Nb2 O5对TiO2 进行施主掺杂 ,在Nb摩尔分数较小时 ,复合氧化物中极易出现非金红石结构的物相。TiO2 金红石结构物相中施主掺杂浓度很难提高。以氢氧化铌 [Nb(OH) 5] ,钛丁醇 [Ti·(OC4 H9) 4]为先驱体 ,采用溶胶凝胶法形成的TiO2 施主掺杂复合氧化物 ,当Nb摩尔分数 <0 .5 % ,可以得到理想单一金红石结构的物相 ,明显地提高了TiO2 物相的施主浓度。在 30 0~ 60 0℃的温度范围呈现出 5 0 0~ 80ms的响应速度。所制得厚膜空 /燃比传感器最大的加热功率仅在 10W左右 ,在The sensitivity characteristic of TiO 2 donor doped composite oxides prepared by sol-gel method with the dopant of Nb 2O 5 were studied. The result indicates that if the molar fraction of Nb is very small there is non rutile structure in the TiO 2 composite oxides which is doped by Nb 2O 5 powder. It is very difficult to enhance the molar fraction of Nb in TiO 2. So Nb(OH) 5 and Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 were used as precursor and doped TiO 2 were formed by sol-gel. The single rutile structure can be got if the molar fraction of Nb is less than 0.5%. The molar fraction of Nb is obviously enhanced by sol-gel. If the temperature is in the range of 300 ℃ to 600 ℃, the response time of the sample is 500-80 ms. The thick film sensor can get into the working condition within 40 s and its maximum heater power is about 10 W.
