摘 要:研究了微量Nd2O3添加剂对氧化锌压敏阀片的压敏电位梯度、漏电流和压比的影响,并对其显微组织进行了分析研究,从理论上探讨了Nd2O3对氧化锌压敏阀片电性能与组织的作用机理。研究结果表明:当Nd2O3的摩尔分数为0.04%时,氧化锌压敏阀片的压敏电位梯度最高,漏电流最小,压比最低,具有优良的综合电性能。其原因是Nd2O3加入到氧化锌压敏阀片中,使晶粒尺寸减小所致。The influence of Nd2 O3 on potential gradient, leakage current, voltage ratio and microstructure of ZnO varistor was studied, and the mechanism of the effect was explored from view of the theoretical analysis. The results show that ZnO varistor with the excellent electrical properties, such as the higher piezo-sensing potential gradient, the lowest leakage current and voltage ratio, was obtained when the content of Nd2O3is 0. 04% in molar. It indicates that the improvement of electrical properties is the cause of the decrease of the grain size by adding Nd2 O3. A new compound as a hinder of ZnO grain boundary is formed due to a small amount of additive Nd2O3 added, which decreases the size of ZnO grain arid makes the size and distribution of the grain more homogeneous.
