三花接骨散等对四肢骨折患者血清BGP水平的影响

摘　　要：为探讨三花接骨散、云南白药治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。将 39例四肢骨折患者 (2 9例非糖尿病患者和 10例 Ⅱ 型糖尿病患者 )随机分成三花接骨散组、云南白药组和对照组。应用放免法测定各组的血清BGP。临床疗效以骨折治愈与否及愈合时间长短为评价标准。结果显示各组的血清BGP测定值无显著性统计学差异 ,但 4例用三花接骨散治疗的Ⅱ 型糖尿病四肢骨折患者血清BGP测定值与对照组及与用药前比较均呈显著性变化 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而云南白药治疗组 3例和对照组血清BGP3例无明显改变。各组均在 3～ 6个月内骨折临床愈合 ,各组间临床疗效比较尚未见显著性差异。表明三花接骨散对糖尿病骨折患者可能有促进骨折愈合的作用 ,但本组病例数少 ,尚需进一步观察。In order to study the clinical therapeutic effect of 'SANHUA JIEGU SAN' (SJS, powders for fracture healing) and Yunnan White Drug-Powder (YWDP) on extremity fracture (EF), 39 cases of EF (including 29 non-diabetics and 10 type-II diabetics) were randomly divided into three groups: SJS, YWDP and control; the serum BGPs of the three groups were detected by radioimmunoassay; the standard for evaluating the clinical therapeutic effects included whether the fracture healing was obtained or not and the healing time was long or short. The results showed: ① the serum BGP values of the three groups had no significant statistical differences; ② but the serum BGP values of 4 type-II diabetic EF cases treated by SJS had a significant difference from those of the control and from those before the treatment (P < 0.05); ③ the serum BGPs of 3 YWDP-treated cases had no significant one from those of 3 control cases. All groups obtained fracture healing within 3 to 6 months; the clinical therapeutic effects had no significant difference among the three groups, suggesting that SJS could have a stimulative effect on fracture healing in diabetic fracture, but this group had few cases, the function of SJS remains to be further observed.
