复骨健步冲剂对激素性股骨头缺血性坏死降钙素、甲状旁腺素影响的实验研究

摘　　要：为评价复骨健步冲剂对激素性股骨头缺血性坏死降钙素、甲状旁腺素的影响。将 5 4只健康成年日本大白兔随机分成实验组、模型组和空白组。全部动物同时开始实验 ,于实验后第 4、8、12周末分 3批处死动物进行血清降钙素、甲状旁腺素检测。结果实验组甲状旁腺素的含量低于模型组和空白组 ,而降钙素含量高于二者 ,均具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。证实复骨健步冲剂能增加降钙素的含量 ,降低甲状旁腺素的含量 ,对激素性股骨头缺血性坏死有明显的预防作用。The objective of the paper is to evaluate the influence of 'FUGUJIANBU' granules (FGJBG) on the serum levels of calcitonin (CT) and parathyroid (PTH) in steroid-induced ischemic femoral-head necrosis (SIIFHN). Fifty-four healthy adult Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: the experimented (E), the modeled (M) and blank (B), which were taken for experiment at the same time but killed in three batches at the end of the 4th, 8th and 12th week after the experiment, and the serum levels of CT and PTH of the three groups were assayed. The results showed that Group E had higher CT level but lower PTH level than Group M and Group B with a statistical significance (P < 0.05), suggesting that FGJBG could increase the CT level but decrease the PTH level and have a significant preventing effect on SIIFHN.
