摘　　要：目的 :研究鹿茸口服液的降脂作用。方法 :观察鹿茸口服液对老年小鼠血脂、脂蛋白及肝脏脂肪含量的影响 ,对高脂血症小鼠血脂及脂蛋白的影响。结果 :鹿茸口服液可明显降低老年小鼠及高脂血症小鼠血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL C)水平 ,提高高密度脂蛋白 (HDL C)水平 ,降低老年小鼠肝脏脂肪含量。结论 :鹿茸口服液具有降脂作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of PAOL on blood lipids and lipoproteins. Methods: The effect of PAOL on blood lipids and liver fatty acid content in aged mice and hyperlipemia mice were observed. Results: PAOL could significantly decrease the content of cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and increasee the high density lipoprotein cholesterol level in aged and hyperlipemia mice. PAOL also decreased the liver fat content in aged mice. Conclusion: PAOL showed deceasing effect on blood lipids and lipoproteins.
