摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨沐舒坦治疗支气管肺炎的疗效 .[方法 ]将 6 0例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为实验组与对照组 ,两组均采用抗生素静脉点滴外 ,给对照组患儿雾化吸入 5mg的α 靡蛋白酶 ,每日 1次 ,连用 3～ 5d ,给实验组患儿雾化吸入 15mg沐舒坦 ,每日 1次 ,共 3～ 5d .[结果 ]实验组痰鸣音消失时间及肺炎疗程比对照组明显缩短 .[结论OBJECTIVETo study the therapeutic effect of the Mushutan for bronchopneumonia.? METHODS ?60 cases of bronchopneumonia in children were selected and divided randomly into the treatment and control groups. Both of two groups were treated with antibiotic iv drip, but the control group was treated with aerosol inhalation of α chymotrypsin 5?mg and the treatment group was treated with the Mushutan spray inhalation, and both of once one day for 3～5 days.?RESULTS?The time of vanishing sputum rales was significantly shortened, and so the course of treatment of bronchopneumonia was shortened.?CONCLUSION?The Mushutan has significant therapeutic effect for bronchopneumonia in children.
