妊娠高血压综合征对孕妇肝肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究妊娠高血压综合征对孕妇肝肾功能的影响。方法对 65例妊娠高血压综合征患者及 67例正常妊娠孕妇 ,于住院后第 2天清晨抽取空腹血测定肝肾功能 ,并对其生化指标加以比较分析。结果肝功能显示妊娠高血压综合征组ALT、AST、ALP、T BI均高于正常妊娠组 ;Alb轻度降低 ,CT没有明显差异。肾功能显示BUN、UA、Cr妊娠高血压综合征组明显增高。结论妊娠高血压综合征对孕妇肝肾功能有明显的影响。Objective To explore the effect of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome on the liver and kidney function.Methods 65 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome and 67 cases of normal pregnant women were claimed to collect fasting blood for liver and kidney functions determination on the second morning after admission.Results All indexes of ALT,AST,ALP and T Bi for liver function in syndrome group were higher than those in normal control;while Alb was slightly decreased in the former and GT was similar between the two groups.The levels of BUN,UA and Cr in syndrome group were evidently higher than normal group.Conclusion There are obvious effects from pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome on the liver and kidney functions.
