摘  要:研究了制取高结晶度石墨膜用的聚酰亚胺薄膜“Kapton在氮气气氛里加热到1000℃的热解行为。实验表明,样品大量质量损失和尺寸收缩发生在500~800℃区间,当温度超过800℃后,其趋于缓和。考察了样品的热解动力学,对相关活化参数的变化进行了一定讨论。用原子力显微镜(AFM)观测了热解1000℃时样品的表面形貌,认定其表面结构带有含氮的杂环缩合芳香层面的类石墨炭微晶,这些炭微晶的堆积呈现较为混乱和不规则状态。The pyrolysis behavior of the polyimde ' Kapton' film for graphite film with high crystallinity at temperatures up to 1 000 ℃ was studied in N2 atmosphere. The results show that the mass loss and shrinkage of the sample mainly occur in a range of 500~ 800 ℃ and change slowly after 800 ℃ . The pyrolysis kinetics of the polyimde ' Kapton' film and the activation parameters involved in the process during 500~ 800 ℃ were also discussed. The morphology of the samples treated at 1 000 ℃ was observed with Atom Force Microscope (AFM). It is believed that the surface structure of the sample is graphite- like carbon microcrystal structure with heterocyclic condensation aromatic plane, showing the stacking of the carbon microcrystal is irregular.
