沥青球平均粒径与成球原料粘度相关性的研究

摘  要:选用了3种典型煤沥青为初始原料,通过助剂配合法将其分别调制为精制沥青,再采用介质分散法将其制成普通沥青球(OPS)。考察了不同温度下成球原料的粘度和OPS平均粒径的变化特点,并将二者进行并联。试验发现,经调制的成球原料的粘度对数值与OPS的平均粒径随着温度的变化具有规律性。两参数之间的关系可以用简单线性回归方程表达。Ordinary Pitch Spheres (OPS) were prepared from three kinds of coal pitches via two- step process, first the coal tar pitches were mixed with reagents, then by the medium dispersing method. The mean diameters of OPS and pitch viscosities at different temperatures were investigated systematically, and an attempt has made to correlate these two parameters. It has been found that the logarithm of viscosities of the starting materials and the mean diameters of OPS vary with temperatures regularly. A simple linearity model has been developed, which can be used to correlate the OPS mean diameters with the viscosities of the starting pitches.
