摘  要:本文介绍了对军队伤病员全程服务与管理的做法:一是建立伤病员三级管理体系,由军队伤病员管理领导小组、伤病员管理办公室和科室休养连构成。二是完善伤病员管理制度,包括集体预约就诊制度,院长代表值班制度,伤病员出入院交接制度和请销假制度。三是强化服务措施,包括门诊服务,住院服务,院外服务措施。采取上述做法,方便了军人就医,密切了医院与部队和伤病员的关系,杜绝了伤病员违纪违规行为。The author introduced methods of whole course service and management of military patients. Firstly, establish a three-grade administration system, which consists of leading group, office of military patients administration and recovery company in the clinical department. Secondly, improve the administration rules of military patients, which include collective booking system, on duty system of president representatives, connecting system of military patients when admission, leaving and reporting system when in hospital. Thirdly, strengthen the service measures, which include outpatient service, in-patient service and follow -up service measures.
