摘　　要：以社会生产力学说一般原理为指导,对医院科技生产力的内涵及其构成要素做初步探讨。医院科技生产力的本质可以理解医院创造、传播与转化医学科学技术(特别是临床医学科学技术)的能力(即科技创新力、科技传播力和科技转化力)。医院科技生产力由劳动者、生产资料、劳动对象、科学技术和管理五大要素所构成。本文对各要素在当今时代的发展要求做简要分析。Under the direction of general principles of theory of social productive forces, the definition and the essential factors of scientific and technological productive forces in hospital were initially discussed. The definition of scientific and Technological productive forces in hospital could be understood as hospital's abilities in creating, disseminating and conversion of scientific and technological achievements. The essential factors of scientific and technological productive forces in hospital include scientific research personnel, means of production (creating, disseminating and conversion), subject of scientific research, the level of science and technology, and management. The essential factors' demands on development in present times were also analyzed in this article.
