摘 要:目的 探讨严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)的流行特点及医护人员在此次流行早期感染的比例。方法 利用网上资源探讨医务人员早期感染的原因及 SARS预防的措施与经验。结果 我院利用网络传递特点开展隔离区信息传递的方法在防止医务人员感染中取得一定的效果。结论 局域网实现了医院隔离区发热患者资料上报、医护人员培训及新闻报道与休闲娱乐的零接触 ,为减少医护与患者、医护之间的交叉感染起到了积极作用 ;利用医院局域网是实现降低医护人员 SARS感染率的重要措施。OBJECTIVE To primarily explore the role of hospital local area network (LAN) in the prevention of SARS infection. METHODS The abundant information in the web provides an effective way to explore the cause of high infection, and exchange the countermeasures and experience in SARS prevention. The role of the medical information transmission among the quarantine areas with LAN in the prevention of medical staff infection was analyzed. RESULTS It is concluded that zero-contamination of medical staff can be made using LAN in the following affairs. They include up-reporting medical documents and materials of fever patients, training the medical staff who are working in isolated area, entertaining the quarantine people and news report. CONCLUSIONS Hospital LAN plays an active role in reducing the cross infection among medical staff and patients. It is an important measure to reduce the infection rate of medical staff.
