摘　　要：目的　探讨收治 SARS患者的消毒隔离及防护措施。方法　在我院收治 SARS患者的过程中 ,通过医院领导有力的组织、职工积极配合、制定并不断完善的消毒隔离和防护措施进行总结。结果　从 2 0 0 3年 1月收治第 1例患者后 ,1个月内收治 197例 SARS患者 ,无 1例 SARS医院感染发生。结论　提高医护人员对此病的认识 ,熟练掌握其临床表现、传播途径、积极采取预防措施、做好消毒隔离工作 ,特别是消毒隔离和个人防护是预防医院感染的重要措施。OBJECTIVE To explore the measures of disinfection, isolation and protection of patients with SARS. METHODS The measures were established and being perfected through powerful organization and positive cooperation during the process of accepting and treating SARS patients in our hospital. RESULTS Special measures for SARS patients should be strictly performed. CONCLUSIONS These are the key measures for preventing nosocomial infection that improving the understanding of the disease, knowing the clinical symptoms and route of transmission, and taking preventive measures of disinfection and isolation.
