摘　　要：目的　围绕抗击 SARS中心工作 ,发挥综合医院感染监控室职能作用。方法　认清形势 ,增强意识 ,加强工作主动性 ;明确工作标准 ,制定相关制度 ;规范工作行为 ,细化工作流程 ;严格监督、监测 ;做好宣传培训 ,提高医务人员自我防护能力。结果　通过实际工作 ,使我院抗击 SARS工作在消毒隔离、防止院内交叉感染、标准化防护等方面均达到国家规定标准 ,并得以有序进行。结论　 SARS时期综合医院感染监控室职能作用的发挥是抗击 SARS工作的前提保证。OBJECTIVE To explore the function of the hospital infection supervision office of general hospital for the central work of resisting the SARS. METHODS To get a clear understanding of the situation; to upgrade our sense and formulate relative rules; to make concrete working procedure; to take strict supervision and inspection; to do better propaganda and training work. RESULTS Through actual work, our hospital can reach the national standard in disinfection isolation and in the prevention of cross infection and have to standardize our protection work. We can complete it according to procedures. CONCLUSIONS In resisting SARS, to explore the function of the supervision office of general hospital is a very important prerequisite.
