摘　　要：目的　综合性医院出现严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)蔓延时 ,如何加强消毒供应室的管理。方法　应急修订健全控制 SARS的各项措施 ,采取严格的切断器材、环境等的 SARS病毒。结果　在 SARS流行期间科内无1人感染 ,并给临床上提供了安全有效的无菌器材。结论　采取积极有效地控制 SARS的措施 ,遏制 SARS流行起到了重要作用。OBJECTIVE To control SARS infection in sterilizing supply division when the overspreading of SARS appeared in general hospital. METHODS All kinds of measures for controlling SARS should be revised and perfected provisionally. Strict measures should be applied to cut off virus of SARS on materials, environment and personnel. RESULTS Nobody in division was infected during the prevalence of SARS and some safe and effective aseptic materials had been provided to clinical practice. CONCLUSIONS Applying the positive and effective measures for controlling SARS should play an important role to restrain the prevalence of SARS.
