老年人系统性红斑狼疮并肺胸膜病变42例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨老年人系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)的肺、胸膜损害特点。方法　回顾性分析 42例确诊为SLE老年患者的临床资料。结果　老年人SLE肺、胸膜损害的发生率较高 ,起病隐匿 ,病程长 ,临床表现缺乏特异性 ,胸部X线不典型 ,以胸膜炎、胸腔积液居多。结论　老年SLE肺、胸膜损害较多见 。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in elderly with pneumonic pleural damage.Methods The clinical data of 42 SLE elderly patients with pneumonic pleural damage were analyzed. Results The clinical characteristics of the elderly SLE with pneumonic pleural damage are as follows: incidence of a disease is higher,occurrence is hidder ,the course is longer, the clinical manifestation is nonspecificity and chest X-ray is not tipical,showed that pleural, thorax hydrocele are more. Conclusion The elderly SLE with pneumonic pleural damage are obviously higher.Nonspecificity of cause of clinical misdiagnosis.
