摘　　要：主要介绍了网络性能评价的指标、方法、协议、工具。并自行设计基于JAVA的SNMP网络管理软件,采集到了的流量和拓扑结构情况。This paper mostly introduce the indices and the methodand and the protocol and the tools of network performance evaluation. We have Designed the network management software based on java and snmp.It can collect the data of flow and topology structure.
