摘  要:介绍了耐晒黄G的微胶囊包覆技术。对包覆前后颜料的耐热稳定性、耐迁移性、耐溶剂性、分散性及吸油量等应用性能进行评价比较,颜料的耐热稳定性从238℃提高到289℃,膜染色面积从100%下降为13%,丙酮透过率从55.7%上升为95.7%,接触角θ从71.8°变为4.5°,吸油量从40%减少至19.44%。Microencapsulated Lightfast Yellow G was prepared and its application properties, including heat stability, transference, solvent resistance, dispersibility and oil absorption, were discussed. Heat stability increased from 238 ℃ to 289℃, the membrane dyeing area dropped from 100%to 13%, acetone penetration ratio increased from 55.7% to 95.7%, touch angle 6 decreased from 71.8° to4.5° and oil absorption capacity decreased from 40% to 19.4%.
