摘  要:以对苯二酚、苦杏仁酸或其对位取代物为原料,设计并合成了4只红色苯并二呋喃酮类分散染料.其染料合成收率分别为:85.7%、79.8%、48.0%、30.0%;λmax(nm)分别为:506、503、502、511;εmax(×10 4)分别为:3.7、4.9、5 2、5.2.染料对聚酯纤维的上色率(%,普通/超细)分别为:93.7/93.6;88.4/86.1;96.4/96.1;63.0/59.2;染料在纤维上的各项牢度均在4~5级,耐晒牢度超过6级.Four red benzodifuranone disperse dyes were synthesized by condensing mandelic acid or p-substituted mandelic acid with p-hydroquinone. The yields were 85.7%, 79.8%, 48.0% and 30.0% respectively; λmax(nm) were 506, 503, 502 and 511 respectively; ε max( 104) were 3.7,4.9, 5.2 and 5.2 respectively. Uptakes (%, normal fiber/ microfiber) on polyester fiber were 93.7/93.6, 88.4/86.1,96.4/96.1 and 63.0/59.2 respectively. Light-fastness was >6 and other fastnesses were 4-5.
