摘 要:对利福平生产中利福霉素SV钠盐药渣的流体类型、传质、传热等物化性质及制取蛋白饲料的可行性进行了研究。确定了用该药渣制取粗蛋白的工艺流程 ,考察了铝系、铁系、钙系及无机高分子水处理剂对药渣的处理效果。结果表明 ,采用钙系机械脱水率可达 6 4 %以上 ,干燥后可制得含 39%的粗蛋白 ,年产 10 0 0t干基产品 ,年利润约为 4 0万元。During the production of rifamycin,the feasibility researck for the treating of the rifamycin SV sodium salt residue for the production of protein feed,and to do the reseach work for the style of fluid,mass transfer and heat transfer.It assures the technological process, to use the residne to produce raw protein and checks on the treatment effect by Al, Fe, Ca series and inorganic polymer water treatment agent. Its mechanical dehydration rate reached 64 % with Ca series, and produces 39 % raw protein, after drying. The method has an economical benefit round about 400,000 Yuan per year kiloton.This method can obtain better economic and social benefit.
