摘  要:合成了新显色剂偶氮氟膦-DBF,并对其与稀土(铈、钇)和铋、钍的显色反应条件及应用进行了研究。与稀土的反应酸度范围是pH0.49~2.09(铈)、pH0.61~2.09(钇),配合物的最大吸收在630nm,表观摩尔吸光率εCe=1.13×105L·mol-1·cm-1,εY=1.08×105L·mol-1·cm-1。与铋、钍的反应酸度范围分别为pH0.14~1.32、pH0.08~0.62,表观摩尔吸光率分别为εBi=1.02×105L·mol-1·cm-1,εTh=1.34×105L·mol-1·cm-1。试剂应用于胃必治中铋、海产品中微量钍的测定,结果满意。New chromogenic reagent fluorophosphonazo-DBF(FPA-DBF) was synthesized and refined. Conditions of its chromogenic reaction with rare earths, bismuth and thorium were optimized. The ranges of acidity for reactions with rare earths are pH 0.49 - 2. 09 (cerium), pH 0. 61-2. 09(yttrium). The complexes of rare earths with the reagent have maximum absorption at about 630 nm and the apparent molar absorptivitis are εCe=1.13×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 and εY = 1.08×105L·mol-1·cm-1.The ranges of acidity for reactions with bismuth and thorium are pH 0.14~1. 32,pH0. 08~0. 62 respectively. The apparent molar absorptivities of the complexes are εεBi=1.02×105L·mol-1·cm-1 and εTh = 1. 34×105L·mol-1·cm-1 respectively. This method has been used to determine Bi (Ⅲ) in compound bismuth aluminate tablets and trace Th (Ⅳ) in seafood with satisfactory results.
