摘　　要：文章以新《普通高等学校图书馆规程》(修订本)为基点评述了《普通高等学校图书馆评估指标》(初稿)的主要特色及不足之处,并提出了网络环境下高校图书馆评估指标体系的基本框架。This paper discusses the features and shortcomings of the newly drafted 'Performance Indicators for Academic Libraries', issued for consultation by the Advisory Committee on Library Services of the Ministry of Education. Suggestions regarding library performance assessment in networked environment are proposed.
