苯甲酰氨基三氮唑类衍生物的合成及生物活性

摘　　要：利用5-氨基-1H-1,2,4-三氮唑-3-羧酸酯和取代苯甲酰氯的酰化反应,合成了10种苯甲酰氨基三氮唑类衍生物新化合物,它们的结构经1HNMR、IR和元素分析而证实.通过小麦芽鞘法和黄瓜子叶法生测试验表明:部分化合物有植物激素活性.Ten new benzamide containing 1,2,4-triazole have been synthesized by amidaction of 5-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylate and substituted benzene carbonic chloride. The structures of compound are confirmed by ()~1H NMR,IR and elementary analysis. The results of preliminary test on wheat sprout and sheath,cucumber cothledom and cucumber striking root show that some of the target compounds have fine plant hormone activity.
