摘　　要：本文介绍了鸸鹋油的组成、性质 ,综述了鸸鹋油在医药方面的消炎、止痛、助渗透作用 ;在化妆品中的保湿性、抗氧化、抗紫外线等功能 ;以及鸸鹋油作为润滑剂、食用油等的应用。鸸鹋油是一种新型日用化学品原料 。In this article the components and properties of Emu oil are introduced. And the inflammation diminishing, acesodyne and penetration aid effects in pharmaceuticals, moisture keeping, antioxidation and anti ultraviolet radiation effects in cosmetics are also summarized. Emu oil is also used in lubricant and edible oil. Emu oil is a new kind of raw material for detergent and cosmetics and has definite prospect for further development.
