双低三系杂交油菜秦优8号选育

摘　　要：秦优8号为甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育三系中早熟杂交种。陕西省区试平均产量为 3 036.5kg/hm^2,生产试验平均产量为 2 845.7kg/hm^2,比对照秦油 2号增产 4.20％。2002年参加黄淮区油菜区试平均产量2 542.0kg/hm^2,比对照秦油 2号增产 3.02％。品质优良,芥酸含量 0.27％～0.44％,硫甙含量 21.41～24.64μmol/g,含油率 39.9％～40.9％。Qinyou No. 8, a CMS 'three -- line' Brassica napus L. hybrid with early -- moderate maturity, was developed by Xianyang Agricultural Science Research Institute of Shaanxi. It showed yield of 3 036. 5kg/hm^2 in Regional Test of Shaanxi during 2000--2001, it got yield of 2 845. 7kg/hm^2 which outyielded the control Qinyou No. 2 by 4. 20% in Production test of Shaanxi, and 2 542. 0kg/hm^2 which outyielded the control Qinyou No. 2 by 3. 02% in Regional Test of China. The variety possessed good quality which oil content of 39. 9%～40. 9% and erucic acid content 0. 27%～0. 44% and glucosinolate content 21. 41%～24. 64μmol/g. It was approved and re- leased by the Shaanxi Province Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2001.
