双低甘蓝型油菜新品种苏油1号的选育

摘　　要：双低甘蓝型油菜新品种苏油1号种子含油率41.37％,芥酸含量0.30％,硫甙含量27.4μmol/g。苏州市油菜区域试验平均产量 2 814.15kg/hm^2,比对照荣选和汇油 50分别增产 10.87％与 13.63％。江苏省油菜区域试验平均产量2 418.15kg/hm^2,比对照荣选和秦油2号分别增产19.40％与10.62％。江苏省油菜生产试验平均产量2 383.20kg/hm^2,比对照荣选增产 7.24％。全国油菜区域试验平均产量 2 008.95kg/hm^2,比对照中油 821增产7.84％。苏油 1号适于我国长江下游冬油菜区种植。A new cultivar Suyou No. 1 (Brassica napus L.) with low erucic acid and low glucosinolate, was bred from a cross combination. Oil content of Suyou No. 1 was 41.37%, erucic acid content was 0.30% in oil, and glucosinolate content was 27.4μmol/g in meal. In Suzhou Rapeseed Regiorlal Test the yield of Suyou No. 1 was 2 814.15kg/hm^2, which outyielded the control cultivar Rongxuan and Huiyou 50 by 10.87% and 13.63% respec- tively. In Jiangsu Province Regional Test the yield of Suyou No. 1 was 2 418.15kg/hm^2, which outyielded the con- trol cultivar Rongxuan and Qinyou No. 2 by 19.40% and 10.62% respectively. In Jiangsu Production Test and Na- tional Regional Test, the yield of Suyou No. 1 was 2 383.20kg/hm^2 and 2 088. 90kg/hm^2, which outyielded the control cultivar Rongxuan by 7.24% and control Zhongyou 821 by 7.84%, respectively. Suyou No. 1 was suitable for growing in the region of the lower Yangtse valley.
