摘 要:通过纤维浸润试验、NOL环层间剪切试验和扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)分析 ,PBO纤维经γ_射线辐照表面改性处理前后对纤维浸润性能及纤维 /环氧树脂界面性能具有一定的影响。将试验结果与化学交联和等离子氧处理的结果进行了比较。结果表明 ,γ_射线辐照对PBO纤维表面的改性效果最好。经过辐照接枝改性的PBO纤维与环氧基体的NOL环层间剪切强度 (ILSS)从 10 .2MPa提高到 2 3.1MPa ,提高幅度 130 %。The interfacial property between PBO fiber and epoxy matrix was investigated by fiber impregnate test, NOL ring interlaminate shear test and scan electron microscopy(SEM). There was a significantly modification of the interfacial property of PBO fiber/epoxy matrix after γ_ray irradiation used to tread the PBO fiber surface. The testing results were compared with the that of chemical coupling treated method and that of oxygen plasma treated method. It was indicated that γ_ray irradiation treatment was the best method for the PBO fiber surface modification, the NOL ring interlaminate shear strength (ILSS) of irradiation treated PBO fiber and epoxy matrix increased from 10.2 Mpa to 23.1 MPa,increased by 130%.
