摘 要:目的 :探讨体外反搏对冠心病白细胞CD11b/CD18受体表达及循环内皮细胞 (CEC)的影响。方法 :应用流式细胞仪直接免疫荧光法检测了 40例冠心病体外反搏前后 ,及 12例正常对照组血白细胞CD11b/CD18受体表达 ,同时应用间接免疫荧光法测定了CEC的变化。结果 :冠心病各组白细胞CD11b/CD18表达 ,CEC较对照组均显著增加。冠心病各组在体外反搏后各指标均有非常显著降低。结论 :血管内皮损伤及白细胞激活 ,CD11b/CD18受体表达增加可能参与冠心病的发生发展 ,体外反搏可能通过减轻内皮损伤 ,抑制白细胞活化而达到治疗冠心病的作用。Objective:To study the effects of External Counterpulsation (ECP) on CD11b/CD18 expression of leukocytes and circulating endothelial cells (CEC) in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD).Methods:Expression of granulocyte and monocyte adhesion molecule CD11b/CD18 were detected by direct immunofluorescence evaluated by flow cytometry using monoclonal antibody tagged with FITC in 40 CAD patients accepted ECP and 12 normal control subjects (NC) . CEC were simultaneously observed.Results:Expression of the CD11b/18 receptor on these leukocytes , CEC were significantly increased in CAD patients compaired with NC group . More significant increase were observed in CAD groups . ECP can significantly reduce CD11b/CD18 expression upregulated in CAD groups. Conclusion: Vescular endothelial injury and upregulation of leukocyte CD11b/CD18 receptor expression may exaggerate coronary artery disease . It may be an important mechanism for treating CAD that ECP inhibits leukocytes activation and reduces injury of vascular endothelial cells.
