“承载丸”治疗股骨头坏死促进骨生长的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:了解“承载丸”治疗股骨头坏死的药效作用。方法:在长期服用醋酸泼尼松的大鼠两腿无菌性股骨头坏死动物模型及去势大鼠骨质疏松动物模型上使用中药制剂“承载丸”。结果:扫描电镜可见股骨头表面不再现凹陷,恢复了细胞充盈的网状结构;股骨头内骨细胞或软骨细胞脂肪滴明显减少;稀疏的毛细血管得以恢复,骨小梁的密度和宽度也有所增加;可明显增加骨密度、骨重量、骨强度及刚性;能改善雌激素水平低下状态。结论:“承载丸”对治疗无菌性股骨头坏死有修复作用。AIM:To investigate the e ff ects of Chengzaiwan(a kind of traditional Chinese medicine agent )and its acti on mechanism of treatmen t of femur head necrosis.METHODS:The models with asep tic necrosis of f emur head were the rats of two rear legs which were administe re d with prednisone acetate for a long term.The osteoporosis models were t he ovariectomized rats.Both of the t wo models were given Chengzaiwan for three m onths.RESULTS:After treatment,the pitting on the s urface of the femoral head disappeared,and the reticular stru cture with filling cells was restore d.The fat droplets in bone cells or cartilage c ells of the femoral head were signifi cantly reduced,sparse capillaries were im proved,density and width of the bone trabecula were increased somewhat.Bone mineral density,bone weight,bone stre ngth and rigidity were signific antly increased.The low level of estrin was inc reased.All the above phenomena w ere observed by the scanning electro n microsc ope.Chengzaiwan has therapeutic effects on aseptic n ecrosis of th e femoral head.
