摘　　要：目的:测量颈椎病前路减压撑开植骨融合术后颈前柱高度变化,探讨其对术后功能改善率的影响。方法:采用SigmaScanPro5软件包测量60例脊髓型颈椎病手术前后颈椎X线侧位片的前柱高度,按40分法对其手术前后脊髓功能进行评分,并进行相关分析。结果:颈前路减压植骨钢板内固定术后颈前柱高度较术前明显增加,其高度增加的百分数与术后改善率呈显著相关性(r=0.76,P<0.01)。结论:颈椎前路减压撑开植骨固定融合技术可有效恢复颈前柱高度,从而提高颈椎病的功能改善率。AIM:To observe the effect of the anterior column height of cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM)on the functional improvement rate b y cervical anterior decompression and interbody fusion.METHODS:Sixty lateral X-ray films of cervica l spine,including the preoperative and the postoperative,were measured by the program of Sig-maScan Pro 5software.Acording to 40points score method for the CSM,the neurological function was evalu ated respectively.The correlation anal-ysis with the anterior column height and the improvement rate was per-formed.RESULTS:The anterior column height of the postoperative cases was obvi-ously higher than that of the preoperative.There was significant correlation between the anterior column height a nd the improvement rate(r=0.76,P<0.01). Anterior decompression and interbody fusion with plate fixation can increase the anterior c olumn height of CSM so as to improve th e treatment result.
