摘 要:目的:探讨MK-801在严重烫伤大鼠血清皮质醇含量变化中的作用。方法:以大鼠背部30%TBSAⅢ度烫伤作为严重创伤应激模型,采用放射免疫测定和海马内微量注射方法。结果:①严重烫伤后0.5h,大鼠血清皮质醇含量即显著升高,2h达高峰,2d后仍明显高于正常对照组。②海马内微量注射MK-801可明显降低烫伤后血清皮质醇含量,与2h烫伤组比较差异显著,且与剂量大小有关。结论:海马内NMDA受体参与了严重烫伤下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的激活。AIM:To study the effects of MK-801on t he s erum cortisol concentration in rats with serious scald.METHODS:The 30%TB SA III degree scald on rat 's back was adopted as the stress model after seriou s scald.Radioimmunoassay and intrahippoc ampal injection were utilized for cort iso l concentration measurement and MK-801application respectively.RESULTS :①The serum cortisol concentration elevated significantly 0.5h after the s erious scald,reached the maximum value at 2h later,and still significantly ex ceeded the normal l evel 2d after the scald;②The serum cortisol concentration was decreased significantly by intrahippocamp al ap-plication of MK-801and had signific ant difference compared with the dose-only group 2h after the sc ald.T he serum cortisol concentration was related to dose of the drug.The N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA)receptor in hippocam-pus participates in the activation o f hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis after serious scald.
