摘  要:目的:研究大鼠急性脊髓损伤后血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)在脊髓表达的变化。方法:参考Nystrm方法建立大鼠脊髓压迫伤模型(T8~9),对损伤后早期不同时间点应用免疫组化、病理学及图像分析检测HO-1蛋白的表达。应用化学比色法检测不同时间点脊髓中HO活性的变化。结果:正常脊髓组织内存在少量HO-1蛋白的表达,脊髓损伤后4hHO-1表达增强,16h达高峰,之后渐减弱。与正常组、假手术组相比损伤各组HO活性明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:脊髓压迫损伤后HO-1表达迅速增强,提示HO-1参与了脊髓继发损伤的病理生理过程,其表达可能具有保护作用。AIM:To observe the change of h em e oxygenase(HO)-1expression after early acute spinal cord injury(SCI )in r ats.METHODS:Rat SCI model (T 8-9 )was established according to Nystrm method and the expression of HO-1p ro tein at different time points after e arly acute SCI was investigated by immu nohistochemistry,pathology and comp uter image analysis.The level of HO-1act ivity was measured with the double wavelength scanning by a spectrophotometer.R ESULTS:Little expression of HO-1protein wa s seen in non-injured spinal cor d issue.After SCI,the expressio n of HO-1protein increased at 4h,reached t he peak value at 16h,and decreased after 16h.HO activity in spinal cord in creased significantl y compared with the normal group and s ham operation group (P<0.05).HO-1takes part in the pathophsiologic mechanism i n the process of the secondary injury of sp inal cord.Strong and quick expressi on of HO-1protein has evident physiological consequence in the recovery of neu -ron tissue after SCI.
