家兔不同部位自体游离骨膜移植修复关节软骨缺损的实验比较(英文)

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同部位自体游离骨膜修复关节软骨缺损的能力。方法:用大耳兔32只,在股骨关节面造成5mm×8mm全层软骨缺损,分别行自体髂骨骨膜和胫骨骨膜游离移植术,术后4及8周取材做组织学观察比较。结果:术后8周自体髂骨骨膜移植侧、胫骨骨膜移植侧的优势组织性质分别为类透明软骨、幼稚软骨,前者形成软骨的质量优于后者。结论:自体髂骨骨膜游离移植的成软骨能力优于自体胫骨骨膜。AIM:To investi ga te the repair potential for cartilage defect with different sourced free perios teal autografts in rabbits model.METHODS:A total of 32rabbits with 5mm ×8 mm ful l thickness of car-tilage defects on femoral joint surface were used in this study,free ilia c and tibia periosteal autografts were performed.Four and 8weeks later,spec imens were taken out for histological obse rvation.RESULTS :Hyaline and premature cartilage dom inated in the newly formed tissue after 8 weeks.The iliac perio steal autografts showed a better regener-ation quality t han those from tibia.Iliac free periosteal autografts possessed a s tronger chon-drogenesis potential than those of t ibia,so iliac may be an opti mal donor for free periosteal autografts.
