摘 要:目的:研究中药复方强骨抗萎方对尾吊大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:用大鼠尾吊-30°21d模拟失重,观察强骨抗萎方对大鼠血沉、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、血液黏度及红细胞变形性、聚集性等指标的作用。结果:悬吊大鼠纤维蛋白原明显升高(P<0.01),全血还原黏度及全血黏度明显增加(P<0.01或P<0.05),红细胞刚性指数升高(P<0.01),最大变形指数降低(P<0.01),最大聚集指数增加(P<0.01)。该方不同剂量显示了不同的作用。低剂量组(10g/Kg)可降低各个切变率下的全血还原黏度和全血黏度(P<0.01或P<0.05),以及异常的红细胞刚性指数和最大聚集指数(P<0.01);中剂量组(20g/kg)可使纤维蛋白原含量减少(P<0.01);高剂量组(30g/Kg)可降低高切变率下的全血还原黏度和全血黏度(P<0.01或P<0.05),降低红细胞刚性指数(P<0.01),并可升高红细胞最大变形指数(P<0.01)。结论:该方具有改善尾吊大鼠血液流变学的作用,但无明显的量效关系。AIM:To investi ga te the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)herb compound of bone enhan cement and ant i-atrophy recipe on the blood rheo-logical property in cauda-h anged ra t.METHODS:Rat was hanged by its cauda in 30°for 21days to imitat e weightlessness.The effect of bone e nhancement and anti-atrophy herb co m-p ound on the index of blood sedimenta tion rate,hematocrit,fibrinogen,blood vi scosity as well as erythrocy te deformability and aggregation wa s ob-served.R ESULTS:T he fibrinogen of the cauda-hanged ra t increased significantly(P<0 .01);blood deoxidizing viscosity and bl ood viscosity increased sig-nifica ntly(P<0.01or P<0.05);erythrocyte rigid index increased(P<0.0 1);the maximum deformability index decreased(P<0.01);and the maximum aggregation index increase d(P<0.01).Different effects were demonstrated by different doses of t his compound.Low dose(10g /kg)could decrease bloo d deoxidizing viscosity and blood viscosity under every sh earing strain rate(P <0.01or P<0.05)as well as abnormal erythrocyte rigid index and maximu m aggregation index(P<0.01).Medium dose(20g /kg)could decrease the content of fibrin ogen(P<0.01).And high dose(30g /kg)could decrease blood deoxidizing vi scosity and blood viscosity under high shearing strain rat e(P<0.01or P<0.05)as well as ery-throcyte rigid index(P<0.01 )but increasing erythrocyte maximum de-formability index(P<0.01).The herb compound can modify the blood rheological property in cauda-han ged rat;however,there is no obvious dose-effect relationship.
