摘　　要：农民协会建立是中国市场经济发展到一定阶段必然要出现的一种社会现象。农民协会应该具有农有、农享、农治的特征。建立农民协会具有必要性和可能性。政府部门要发挥引导、宣传和服务的作用 ,为农民协会的建立和发展创造良好的环境。The establishment of Peasants' Association is an inevitable social phenomenon as a result of the development of China's market-economy in a certain stage.Peasants' Association should be the association of the peasants,for the peasants and by the peasants.It is both necessary and possible to establish such an association.The government should play an active part in guidance,propaganda and service and create a good environment for the establishment and development of Peasants' Association.
